\/>\nCom o objetivo de fomentar a gastronomia regional, o festival concedeu o trof\u00e9u \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.premioimpera.com.br\/\">Pr\u00eamio Impera de Gastronomia<\/a><\/strong>\u201d aos empreendimentos que cadastraram o prato exclusivo e que receberem as melhores avalia\u00e7\u00f5es, baseados nas categorias previamente definidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 para anunciar os ganhadores foi preparado uma noite de gala no Alameda Hall, onde\u00a0Vinicius Fernandes idealizador do premio recebeu os finalistas,
