Lave as verduras e legumes em \u00e1gua corrente (se forem folhas, lave uma a uma frente e tr\u00e1s; se forem legumes com casca mais grossa deve-se usar uma escovinha pr\u00f3pria para higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/p>\n<p>2. Coloque-os em uma bacia com 1l de \u00e1gua e 10 ml (1 colher de sopa rasa) de \u00e1gua sani<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">t\u00e1ria (lavar com vinagre n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente, o ideal \u00e9 a \u00e1gua sanit\u00e1ria que possuem instru\u00e7\u00f5es para serem usadas nos alimentos);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">3. O tempo que elas ficar\u00e3o de molho varia em cada alimento. Podemos usar uma m\u00e9dia de 10 minutos, por\u00e9m se forem alimentos delicados, como o morango por exemplo, o ideal \u00e9 que fique de 5 a 7 minutos de molho;<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">4.
