RECHEIO CREMOSO<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 potes de cream cheese light (300g)<\/p>\n

1 ricota m\u00e9dia (300g)<\/p>\n

3 ovos<\/p>\n

1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de ado\u00e7ante culin\u00e1rio com sucralose<\/p>\n

1 colher (ch\u00e1) de ess\u00eancia de baunilha<\/p>\n

1 colher (caf\u00e9) de raspas de lim\u00e3o<\/p>\n

CALDA<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 pote de gel\u00e9ia sabor Morango com Sucralose<\/p>\n

MODO DE PREPARO<\/p>\n

Massa<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

1- Triture os cookies em um processador de alimentos.<\/p>\n

2- Misture o leite a esta farinha de cookies e forre o fundo de uma forma desmont\u00e1vel, apertando bem.<\/p>\n

3- Leve para gelar.<\/p>\n

Recheio Cremoso<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- Misture a ricota com o cream cheese em uma batedeira.<\/p>\n

2- Aos poucos, acrescente os ovos, o ado\u00e7ante culin\u00e1rio, a ess\u00eancia de baunilha e as raspas de lim\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

3- Continue batendo at\u00e9 formar um creme homog\u00eaneo.<\/p>\n

4- Despeje a mistura sobre a base de biscoito e leve ao forno pr\u00e9 aquecido a 150\u00baC por 50 minutos ou at\u00e9 ficar firme.<\/p>\n
